LEARNING FROM THE BEST
One of the fastest ways to grow as a leader is to learn from those who have already walked the path before us. Great leaders leave behind lessons forged through challenges, successes, failures, and decades of experience. By listening to their stories and learning from their insights, we gain wisdom that can help us navigate our own leadership journeys with greater clarity and purpose.
As we prepare for the 2026 Nehemiah Business Summit, themed “Kairos: The Call to Leadership,” we have the privilege of learning from a leader whose life and career exemplify responding to opportunities with courage, vision, and purpose. We are excited to welcome Bill Yeargin as one of our keynote speakers.
A Proven Leader and Lifelong Learner

Bill Yeargin is best known for leading Correct Craft, a 100-year-old company with global operations in the marine industry. When he became CEO in 2006, the company was facing a difficult period, having had five CEOs in five years. Through steady leadership and a commitment to building a strong culture, Yeargin led the company through remarkable growth, expanding it by more than 20 times and achieving its goal of becoming a billion-dollar enterprise in 2023.
Under his leadership, Correct Craft earned recognition as Florida’s Manufacturer of the Year and the boating industry’s Most Innovative Company. Yet Yeargin is quick to attribute the company’s success to its people, emphasizing the importance of culture, leadership development, and creating an organization that continues to thrive long after its leaders move on.
A passionate lifelong learner, Yeargin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, an MBA, and has completed postgraduate studies at leading institutions including Harvard University, Stanford University, The Wharton School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and London School of Economics and Political Science. He is also the author of six books, including the best-selling Education of a CEO and Faith Leap.
