Meet This Month’s Featured Speaker: Michael Holt
Co-owner of LinkIT Media Group and co-founder of the LinkIT Local program, Michael Holt brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in marketing and operations, primarily within the casino industry. Beginning his career as a poker floor supervisor, he rose through the ranks to become General Manager of the La Center mini casinos, the Last Frontier and New Phoenix Casino, where he oversaw more than 425 employees, nine departments, and a multi-million-dollar budget.
A Vancouver, Washington native, Michael attended Columbia River High School and was recognized early in his career by the Vancouver Business Journal as one of the area’s accomplished “Under 40” leaders, highlighting his strong leadership and operational expertise.
Today, Michael is focused on growing the LinkIT Local program, an innovative platform designed to help local businesses stay visible and connected within their communities. Through strategically placed digital screens in trusted neighborhood locations such as gyms, cafés, restaurants, and gathering spaces, LinkIT Local helps businesses remain seen and remembered where real life happens.
Over the past five years, the program has engaged more than 3,500 small businesses and generated over $3.5 million in sales, helping strengthen local economies and community connections.
Beyond business, Michael is passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus, being a devoted father and grandfather, and encouraging those around him through leadership, mentorship, and genuine community impact.
