Welcome to our new Nehemiah Business Life Cycle Podcast!
With a greater emphasis on the Nehemiah Business Life Cycle and issues pertaining to it, this podcast will showcase insightful conversations between Nehemiah’s Chief Servant Officer, Patrice Tsague, and various Biblical Entrepreneurs from across the globe. Coming from different business stages, these entrepreneurs will be able to share their real-life experiences on the challenges and information on how to build a Kingdom business that aligns with God’s call for their lives.
In this week’s episode, Patrice talks to Al Caperna, the Chairman of the CMC Group. AL made a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1974 on the campus of Bowling Green State University. He does not believe faith in Jesus should be restricted to Sunday. This belief, coupled with a management style that helps encourage strong business ethics, innovation, achievement, and selective risk-taking has helped him achieve success in starting and developing businesses. After starting his own business in 1980, he now has five businesses with over 300 employees and has been recognized nationally as a business leader. Al is the Chairman of CMC Group, an association of companies that have been selling to retail and industrial customers in the U.S. and Internationally for over 30 years. However, Al’s main goal is not just to be a success in business; it is “to embody the Christian life in business practices”. He credits his success to God, his employees, and faithful customers. Happily married for over 40 years, Al and Kathy have three married daughters and six grandchildren.
Together, they talk about Kingdom Innovation & Technology, the theme of the upcoming Nehemiah Week. They reflect upon the evolution of Information & Communication Technologies, providing you with a broad sense of the realities within the Tech Industry and sharing key indicators for success.
