Leah Kiguatha

 Founder & Principal, Kiguatha & Company Advocates

Leah Kiguatha is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 19 years of post-admission legal experience. She is the founder of Kiguatha & Company Advocates, a Nairobi-based boutique law firm known for its highly specialized and personalized approach to legal practice.

Throughout her career, Leah has established herself as a leading legal voice in Kenya, specializing in family and child law (including adoption and child protection), real estate, estate planning, and dispute resolution. Her clientele ranges from private enterprises and local individuals to Kenyans in the diaspora and international organizations. Beyond her practice, she is also involved in legal education, sharing her expertise in Legal Practice Management at the Kenya School of Law.

Leah has intentionally built a boutique firm where size fosters innovation, flexibility, and close client relationships. At the Africa Connect Meeting 2.0, she will share insights from her nearly two decades as a legal entrepreneur, highlighting what it takes to build a specialized, client-focused business with sustainable growth.

Assistant Operations Manager – Kenya/Africa

Ruth Kioko is a dedicated servant leader and community builder based in Nairobi, Kenya, driven by a deep commitment to integrating professional excellence with Christ-centered values. Currently serving as the Assistant Operations Manager for Kenya/Africa at the Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community (E-Community), Ruth views her role as a stewardship of resources and relationships. She is passionate about coordinating regional initiatives and ensuring organizational efficiency to support “Kingdom entrepreneurs” as they align their business practices with biblical principles. Her mission is to foster growth across the continent through mentorship, operational support, and the promotion of biblical entrepreneurship training.

Beyond the marketplace, Ruth’s heart for service extends deeply into her faith community and the next generation. She actively pours into the lives of others through leadership in both children’s and marriage ministries, providing spiritual guidance and support to families and couples. She also remains deeply committed to supporting educational initiatives and the well-being of students and families within her children’s school community.

As a devoted wife and mother of three, Ruth strives to balance her professional responsibilities with a steadfast dedication to her home. She believes in leading not through title, but through a life of service, integrity, and faith-led stewardship. Her professional expertise is grounded in regional operations management, the application of biblical business principles, and a commitment to strategic planning and execution.
