Nehemiah Africa 2.0 Launch in Review

Africa

We recently celebrated the vibrant launch of Nehemiah Africa 2.0, a strategic milestone in our mission of Building Kingdom Businesses Globally. From powerful testimonies of perseverance to high-tech leadership training, the launch showcased the “e” in our community—diverse entrepreneurs linking up to create eternal impact.  With me on the trip was Susan Schramm, our Board Chair, Brian Buhler, our Training and Coaching Director/Nehemiah Africa Operational Lead, and the Nehemiah Africa team.

Our journey began at Anchor House with a warm welcome from Jennifer Karina, a national Kenya Thought Leader. Alongside her husband, Mrs. Karina shared a powerful testimony of Kingdom Entrepreneurship: transitioning from selling chickens to building a multi-million dollar business empire. Their story serves as a true masterclass in our core values of Faith, Wisdom, and Excellence.

The launch included inspiring Kingdom Business Tours that highlighted the tangible impact of our ecosystem:

Dawamu School: A premium leadership school for young men (ages 12–18) integrating academic excellence with entrepreneurship education.

Marion & Mirema Schools: Multi-generational education businesses serving families from kindergarten through high school.

3 - Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community

Faida Investment Bank: The third-largest investment bank in East Africa.

Together, these Nehemiah-affiliated businesses support over 300 jobs and serve more than 5,000 families in Kenya, demonstrating the power of the Quadruple Bottom Line: People, Planet, Profit, and Eternity.

6 - Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community

During the Nehemiah Africa 2.0 Board Meeting, our leadership began architecting the next phase of our mission. As builders called to protect and bring comfort to others, we nominated new officers to lead this global expansion.

The trip also featured a Business Success Accelerator (BSA) Experience, where 89 participants (both online and in-person) learned how to de-risk their big ideas. We also held a Connect Meeting with over 50 entrepreneurs, highlighting Kendji Kirimi (CEO of Bawa) and our commitment to supporting one another through prayer and relational equity.

YOUR NEXT STEP: JOIN THE MOVEMENT

Over 200 Christian entrepreneurs from five different African countries were impacted by this launch. Now, it is your turn to engage with our global ecosystem.
