March 2026: Donor Appreciation Event Recap - Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community

March 2026: Donor Appreciation Event Recap

Donor
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
– James 1:17 (NKJV)

We hosted our annual Donor Appreciation event on Saturday, February 28th, for one simple reason. To say thank you. Whether you have been walking with us for years or just recently joined the Nehemiah family, your generosity has made a real and lasting difference. You have given your time, your resources, your prayers, and your encouragement, and we want you to know that it matters more than words can fully express. This event was a moment to pause and reflect on what God is doing through you.

At the heart of Nehemiah is a calling to build Kingdom businesses and to see the marketplace transformed by the gospel, one entrepreneur at a time. But this mission has never been something we could do on our own. From the beginning, it has been carried by people like you who chose to come alongside us. As was shared during the event, this vision only continues because of your faithful support. Truly, we are deeply grateful.

Patrice Tsague, Chief Servant Officer, took time to look back, and we are amazed at what God has done through your partnership. In 2025, you made a meaningful impact across the global community. You helped grow the network by 10%, reaching 5,312 entrepreneurs in 111 countries. Through your support, four major global events were hosted, bringing together more than 200 entrepreneurs from 33 nations. You also made it possible to support 20 Couples in Business through lifegroups, global forums, and a dedicated retreat. Because of you, the Young Biblical Entrepreneurship (YBE) Program was launched in Malawi and Kenya, impacting 55 youth between the ages of 11 and 16. Your generosity also helped extend this work to 2 colleges, 7 Christian schools, and 7 churches, reaching over 500 church members.

One of the most meaningful parts of the event was hearing directly from those you have impacted. We heard about the vision for Africa and how your support is helping build something sustainable, led locally, and designed to create lasting economic and spiritual impact. We heard from a college-age entrepreneur who is learning to see business differently. Not as something they own, but something they steward for God. That shift alone is shaping how they make decisions and how they treat people. We heard about a father and son stepping out in faith to use a passion for racing to inspire young people. What started as a dream is now becoming a ministry that is already reaching others. And we heard from a pastor whose church is now being sustained through entrepreneurship. His community is being served, young people are being supported, and the gospel is being lived out in practical ways every day. These stories exist because you chose to give.

We also wanted to pour back into you. It was a privilege to hear from Susan Schramm, our keynote speaker and Board chair, who shared about navigating risk and stepping forward with wisdom and strategy. One of the things that stood out most was this idea that risk is not something to avoid, but something to walk through with God. Faith does not remove uncertainty, but it changes how we see it. She reminded us that the work we are all part of is meaningful, but it also requires courage, clarity, and trust. And that is exactly what we see in you.

Many of these insights were from Susan’s brand new book, Fast Track Your Big Idea!

More than anything, we hope you felt honored. Because behind every testimony, every business launched, every life changed, there is someone like you who said yes.

  • Yes to giving
  • Yes to praying
  • Yes to believing in something bigger than yourself

We do not take that lightly.

As we look to the year ahead, we are excited about what God will continue to do. And we would love for you to remain part of this journey with us. Not just as a donor, but as a partner in the work. Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for believing in this mission. And thank you for making an eternal impact.
