As we step into the new year, we want to take a moment to celebrate and formally recognize the recipients of our Q4 2025 CSO of the Year Awards, which were announced during our final Q4 Staff Retreat.
These awards honor team members who exemplify Nehemiah’s 5 Hiring Criteria and consistently live out our mission and core values through their calling, character, and commitment to excellence.

The People’s Award (Team-Voted):
Brian Buhler – Head of Training and Coaching
Brian was selected by the team for his unwavering passion for the mission, strong leadership, and dedication to equipping and developing others with excellence and humility.
The Founders’ Award (Selected by Patrice & Gina Tsague):
Steve Harris – Content Development Assistant
Steve was recognized for his faithful service, leadership in content development, including his impactful contribution to the staff retreat devotional, which deeply encouraged and unified our team.
