EC GLOBAL FORUM – Couples in Business
Is Your Marriage Ready for Your Next Big Leap?
Transitions are a part of life. Whether it’s starting a new business, leaving a long-term career, or adjusting to life as a stay-at-home parent, big changes bring big emotions. But did you know these moments can actually bring you closer together?
Join us for the Couples In Business Global Forum, hosted by Patrice & Gina Tsague where we explore how to thrive in both love and business during times of change. You will hear from real couples who have walked this path—leaving successful careers to start their own businesses or exiting companies they built—and came out stronger on the other side.
The Reality: Financial stress and major life changes are cited as top reasons for marital breakdown, yet studies show that 88% of spouses would marry their entrepreneur partner again when they feel they are on the journey together.
Don’t let the pressure of transition divide you. Come discover how to make your next big life change a unifying adventure.

Patrice Tsague and Gina Tsague co-founded The Nehemiah Project in 1999 in Washington D.C. Patrice and Gina both arrived in the United States in 1983, with Patrice coming from Cameroon, Central Africa, and Gina from Haiti. During their high school years, they met at work and soon became friends. Patrice started his own business at the age of 18 and invited his best friend and chief encourager, Gina, to join him in his new venture. Through a series of events, this initial business idea evolved into the Nehemiah Project and Kingdom Business Coaching.
Patrice is the Chief Servant Officer of Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community, PG & Associates, LLC, and Kingdom Business Coaching International while Gina currently serves as Office Manager of The Nehemiah Project. Patrice and Gina are committed to building Kingdom businesses around the world and transforming the marketplace with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ while serving couples in business.
Patrice and his wife, Gina, have two beautiful children, Gabrielle and Danielle Tsague. The Tsague family resides in Vancouver, Washington.
