On Friday, February 7th, the Northwest Center Graduation and Competition took place. Emceed by Brian Buhler, Director of Training and Coaching, and Patrice Tsague, Chief Servant Officer and Northwest Center Director, the event highlighted the achievements of graduates who completed the Identity and Destiny course and the Biblical Entrepreneurship course. Wendie Klem, the Northwest Center Coach, introduced this cohort of graduates—a diverse group of individuals who embraced the challenge of discovering their God-given purpose. The course, offered by the Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community, guided participants through an introspective journey to align their identity and destiny with God’s calling.
On this special day, we celebrated the accomplishments and transformative stories of five remarkable graduates: Amanda Prussak, Joyce Nakandi, Kristin Kurtz, Emily McCray, and Lisa D’Andrea.
Amanda Prussak: Bringing Value and Life to Others

Amanda’s purpose statement reflected her deep calling to “raise people and show them their true value by connecting with them on a deep level.” Through her journey in the Identity and Destiny course, Amanda uncovered her destiny to be a voice of affirmation and encouragement. Her mission was to give people compliments like the Father does—speaking life into areas of death and being a voice of God for those who felt abandoned or unheard.
Amanda’s personal story was one of transformation, as she learned to step into her role as a source of encouragement and hope. Not only was Amanda impacted in her personal journey through the course, but it also served as a catalyst for her to repair some relationships in her life. She will also be launching her e-commerce business website next week, which is an incredible opportunity and achievement.
Joyce Nakandi: A Teacher and Organizer
Joyce Nakandi’s purpose statement was clear and concise: “To organize and teach.” Coming into the course she expressed feeling somewhat depressed after recently graduating and asking God what was next. However, she was able to discover her identity and destiny and left the course with such a conference in her calling. Through the Identity and Destiny course, Joyce embraced her natural gifts and clarified her calling to bring order and structure wherever she went. Her journey revealed how her passion for organization and teaching aligned with her God-given purpose to lead others to clarity and understanding.

Kristin Kurtz: Empowering Women for God’s Glory

Kristin Kurtz’s assignment was to “guide women to discover their gifts, develop their callings, and deliver their God-given purpose to impact the world for His glory.” Kristin’s journey through the course was one of deep revelation, empowerment, and transformation. It gave Kristin further confirmation of her profession as a life coach and spiritual midwife. She ended with highly recommending the course for anyone seeking confirmation or direction in their calling.
Emily McCray: Advancing the Kingdom of God
Emily McCray’s purpose was centered on advancing the Kingdom of God. She felt called “to help children feel the love of God through my life, ministry, and career, to facilitate reconciliation for peaceful win-win outcomes, and to pray for the nations.” The Identity and Destiny course provided Emily with the tools and insights to refine her purpose and align her life with God’s plans. One of her highlights in the course was the practicality of the material in her own life to learn more about herself. The key for Emily however, was the focus on the spiritual component during the course mentioning guided prayer and dialogue journaling, etc. As well as the community she meant during the course.
Her next steps included starting a prayer team, organizing her poetry, and continuing her intercession for nations like Israel. Emily also dived deeper into the lives of biblical figures such as Mary, Esther, Deborah, and Gideon to gain further wisdom for her journey. Her passion for ministry, coupled with her commitment to reconciliation and prayer, highlighted her dedication to bringing God’s love and peace to the world.

Lisa D’Andrea: Called to be an Advocate

Lisa D’Andrea’s purpose statement captured her heart for encouragement and biblical confidence: “To encourage others, lead them to confidence in the scriptures, and fulfill what God has called them to do.” Lisa’s journey through the Identity and Destiny course was marked by perseverance, as she completed the program despite experiencing the profound loss of her father.
Lisa’s testimony demonstrated how the course material became a source of comfort and strength during her time of grief. In the material of the course, God also showed Lisa how He can use our mistakes for His glory. Her current assignment is to love, honor, and support her husband while encouraging and training her youngest son. Looking ahead, Lisa is planning to establish a family business with a sound strategy, reflecting her commitment to stewardship and leadership. Her story reminded us that even in times of personal hardship, God could use our experiences to shape and fulfill our purpose.
The Impact of the Identity and Destiny Course
The Identity and Destiny course left an indelible mark on the lives of these graduates, equipping them to step into their callings with confidence and clarity. Each participant’s journey reflected a unique facet of God’s plan—from Amanda’s deep connections and affirmations to Joyce’s growth in her calling, Kristin’s empowerment of women and confirmation, Emily’s ministry of reconciliation and prayer, and Lisa’s encouragement and perseverance.
Wendie Klem, the Northwest Center Coach, played an instrumental role in guiding these individuals through the course. Her leadership and encouragement created a space for participants to explore their identity, embrace their destiny, and take actionable steps toward fulfilling their God-given purposes.
A Bright Future Ahead
The Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community is proud of these graduates and celebrates their accomplishments. As they move forward, each graduate carries the lessons and revelations of the Identity and Destiny course into their personal lives, careers, ministries, and communities. Their stories inspire others to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery and purpose, knowing that God has a unique and meaningful plan for each of His children.
We wish Amanda, Joyce, Kristin, Emily, and Lisa the very best as they continue to pursue their callings and make a kingdom impact in the marketplace and beyond. May their testimonies encourage others to step into their destinies with boldness and faith, trusting that God will guide their steps.
