Despite the undeniable importance of planning in business, with many citing it as one of the primary success factors, it is becoming more and more underestimated, especially given the rise of concepts like lean start-ups. A Harvard Business Review article warns us that entrepreneurs who write formal plans are 16% more likely to achieve viability than identical non-planning entrepreneurs.
However, what does it mean to plan as a Biblical Entrepreneur?
As much as an entrepreneur should plan his/her ways, it is God who directs his/her steps (Proverbs 16:9). However, this is not an excuse to not plan before you build your Kingdom Business. Biblical Entrepreneurs who plan properly carry the spirit of excellence (1 Corinthians 10:31) and are good stewards of the business God entrusted to them.

WHAT IS THE NEHEMIAH BUSINESS LIFE CYCLE SUCCESS PLAN?
The Nehemiah Business Life Cycle Success Plan is a new planning tool that will be used by the Nehemiah Kingdom Business Coaches to guide clients through various stages of growth and development from discovery through exit. This plan includes a dashboard for monitoring progress at each stage and is ideally utilized alongside a Nehemiah Kingdom Business Coach for clear and directed guidance.
Included in the Nehemiah Business Life Cycle Success Plan is an action plan that guides entrepreneurs through the actions necessary to achieve a specific objective, in this case, moving from one business stage to the next.

An annual evaluation to determine the current business stage - Success Plan
