March 2025: A Remarkable 2025 State of the Ministry Gathering

State of the Ministry
“Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:38 (NKJV)

We are filled with gratitude as we reflect on the incredible State of the Ministry event held on March 18, 2025. It was a powerful time of worship, celebration, and vision-casting—a moment to thank you, our faithful partners and donors, and to share the transformational impact your support is making around the world.

The event opened with James Autry emceeing the event, followed by a heartfelt opening prayer from our Board Chair, Susan Schramm. We were then led into a time of worship by Tyreca Elliott, preparing our hearts for all that was to come.

Gina Tsague, co-founder of Nehemiah Project International Ministries, then shared a compelling presentation of Nehemiah’s mission, vision, and the global impact of our centers around the world. Following that, I introduced the Nehemiah Team, highlighting the roles of our dedicated staff, center directors, trainers, and coaches who are each playing a part in advancing Biblical Entrepreneurship globally.

In addition, I gave a report on our 2024 impact, framed by our three-fold strategy:

Empower Entrepreneurs

Strengthen Churches

Equip Students

Here’s what God accomplished through your generosity:

  • 2,178 entrepreneurs trained across 62 countries
  • Nehemiah E-Community membership grew to 4,725 members across 95 countries (including 2,533 new members)
  • 15 churches served through the Sustainable Church Initiative
  • 3 Christian schools engaged through the Young Biblical Entrepreneurship Program

We were inspired by the Impact Panel, featuring:

  • Brian BuhlerDirector of Training and Coaching
  • Samuel Lowry, Center Director in Orlando, FL
  • Frank Kitonga, Center Director in Nairobi, Kenya

Each panelist shared powerful testimonies of transformation and growth in their regions.

Looking ahead, I shared the 2025 strategy, anticipating $1.2 million in revenue, with $860K from contributions, and a 10% net profit, with 32% of revenue earned through programs and services. The goals include growing membership to over 5,000, training and coaching 1,200 entrepreneurs, serving 15 churches and 3 Christian schools, and investing over $500K in new capital into Kingdom companies.

The event concluded with a final time of worship led by Tyreca Elliott and a closing prayer from Ron Wilkinson, our Board Treasurer.

We are so grateful to walk this journey with you. Thank you for your faithful prayers, generosity, and belief in the mission of the Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community. Together, we are raising up a generation of entrepreneurs and communities shaped by Biblical values.

Serving with Love,
