Studies show that 85% of youth from Christian homes attending public schools do not hold a biblical worldview and about eight million twenty somethings who were active churchgoers as teenagers will no longer be active in church by their thirtieth birthdays. Not only does this create a threat to the preservation of our values but also a threat to the positive influence of Christianity in the world.
Besides the threats of preserving biblical values, we also face a great threat of diminishing work ethics and an increased sense of entitlement.
How do we ensure that the next generation is empowered to own their faith and continue the Biblical Entrepreneurship legacy we have begun? How do we create a work environment in our businesses that is inviting to young people yet holds them accountable for performance and results? Our alumni highlight this quarter is Ivan Papish from Ukraine. Ivan shares about his journey of growing up a communist to becoming an entrepreneur and eventually coming to Christ, which led to the vision of the Center of Success that has trained over 5K Biblical Entrepreneurs in Ukraine and throughout Eastern Europe and today is impacting over 300 youth a year through education and discipleship.
