The Engaging Diversity with DISC Training has the main purpose to improve collaboration and reduce conflict in the organization; to build results-producing teams; to develop effective leaders and managers; to enable you to help predict how a person will behave in a one-on-one situation and/or a team; and, to improve your ability to communicate with each person.

The DISC Model of Human Behavior is a model of human behavior that helps people understand “why they do what they do, how they think feel, and act.” It highlights your strengths and weaknesses. The DISC model has helped more than 35 million people during the last 40 years, and it can be the tool that enables you to engage people with all different personalities.
