Nehemiah Project International Ministries Story<\/h1><\/div>

Nehemiah Project Kenya<\/b>\u00a0is a subsidiary of Nehemiah Project International Ministries<\/b> (based in the United States), which is a business development and support organization with a mission to build Kingdom Businesses globally through the Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Nehemiah Project International Ministries was founded in 1999 by husband and wife Patrice Tsague and Gina Tsague in Washington D.C. Patrice and Gina both arrived in the United States in 1983, with Patrice coming from Cameroon, Central Africa and Gina from Haiti. Patrice started his own business at the age of 18 and invited his best friend and chief encourager, Gina, to join him in his new venture. Through a series of events, this initial business idea evolved into Nehemiah Project and Kingdom Business Coaching.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Frank is the founder of Blueflame International and a Certified Biblical Entrepreneurship Trainer and Coach who is passionate about transforming the marketplace through kingdom principles and creating impact.<\/p>\n

He is happily married to his dear wife, Grace and they are blessed with 5 children.<\/p>\n

As an Elder, he has served the church for more than a decade and has been serving in various other ministries for more than 20years.<\/p>\n

He has many years of experience in business, having successfully grown multiple businesses. Among them is Nuru Social Enterprises (NSE), where he was president. He grew the business an unprecedented 4x in his tenure. In the same way, he built a global consultancy BoP Innovation Centre in the East African region from scratch to a vibrant business with a high-value portfolio.<\/p>\n

Frank also has professional experience in supply chain, finance, procurement, and information & communications technology, gained during his tenure in the corporate world.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Rachel is a Sales and Marketing strategist who is passionate about designing practical solutions for SMEs. She has worked with SMEs to conduct Inclusive innovations for new solutions that have a positive impact on people\u2019s lives, with special emphasis on women, with whom she has worked to access affordable and quality products or services and to participate in income-generating opportunities.<\/p>\n

Previously working with a leading marketing agency, she successfully facilitated several Business Model Canvas (BMC) training, applied end-to-end strategies with a number of agribusiness SMEs, conducted new product and concept development processes, product testing, branding, and market execution strategies.
\nShe has also worked in the insurance industry, where she drove proactive approaches in seeking contract wins, developed client relationships, and team development and management.<\/p>\n

Her current assignment is to create partnerships and innovation at Blue Flame International and Nehemiah Project at large.<\/p>\n<\/div>

He has been a devout follower of Christ and has been monitored with His discipline while he struggled through a lack of self-esteem and identity. Thankfully, in 2012 he began a healing journey.<\/p>\n

Zeph has over 25 years\u2019 experience in mentoring young adults. 7 of these years were spent facilitating men, boys, and mothers of sons through responsible masculinity. He has coached over 20 clients with over 800 coaching hours. His work has allowed clients to successfully achieve clarity and perspective when they were experiencing sudden change or stagnation.<\/p>\n

Zeph is the author of 8 books and manuals, five of which have been published. Zeph is a graduate of Africa International University (NEGST) and Kenyatta University with a Master of Arts in Missions and a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Economics.<\/p>\n

His life goal is to facilitate the transformation of at least 1,000,000 visionaries by 2050 through personal life coaching, training, and leadership development in Kingdom Entrepreneurship, Christian Education, and church mission. He believes that when visionaries find clarity, perspective, and accountability, they will be productive and fruitful in their personal lives and organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Albert is a certified leadership coach, business trainer, speaker, entrepreneur, engineer, and farmer. A catalyst guiding driven business leaders to find clarity, focus, alignment, and grow influence. Albert is Chief Catalyst at Catalyst Leadership Life Coaches. Co-founder of Chakula Distributors International and Director at Twana Twito salon founded by his wife Alice. A consultant to businesses, coach to business owners, and mentor to men and young couples. He serves as a small group (cell) leader and ministry team member at his local church for over 19 years.<\/p>\n

Albert has expertise in strategic and tactical leadership gained over 16 years in the aviation maintenance industry. He led a team whose product was voted by customers as best in Africa 6 years in a row. Knowledgeable in Lean principles, process improvement, team development, strategy development, tactical implementation, and project\/ budget controls.<\/p>\n

He is married to beautiful Alice for 17 years and blessed with 4 children (3 boys, 1 girl). As a family, they live to fulfill the mission to cause people to look up to God.<\/p>\n<\/div>

ANTHONY MUGO KURIA, a Director at Aurum Consultants Ltd, a HR & Risk Advisory firm based in Nairobi, Kenya.<\/p>\n

He is a Biblical Entrepreneurship Executive graduate, and currently undergoing the BSA Coaching training with NPIM Kenya. His background is in commercial banking and insurance: he has over 24 years of working experience with Barclays Bank of Kenya (now ABSA Kenya), Charterhouse Bank, Diamond Trust Bank, and Equity Bank.<\/p>\n

He also worked with Pioneer Insurance, ALICO Kenya (now AIG Kenya), Great 5 Insurance Brokers, and Broch International Ltd. Currently, he is a director of Aurum Consultants and its subsidiary, Ferrum Insurance Agency.<\/p>\n

Tony is married with 3 children and lives in Syokimau.<\/p>\n<\/div>
