Pastor Gabriel Oleko was born and raised in Congo in a working class family. He accepted his call into ministry as a young adult and got the opportunity to travel to Belgium where he received his ministerial training. In 2009, he received an offer to become the Senior Pastorof the Assembly of God Paris 15, a historical church three blocks from the Eiffel Tower.
Pastor Gabriel always dreamed of combining his pastoral calling with his passion for business so that he can create transformational organizations that solve market problems while sustaining ministries. In September 2013, after visiting Nehemiah Weekend in Orlando and being introduced to Biblical Entrepreneurship, he saw how to make his dream come true by partnering with the Nehemiah Project.
Since then, after completing Biblical Entrepreneurship, receiving ongoing coaching with a Kingdom Business Coach and financing through the Global Kingdom Investor Network, he has founded two for-profit businesses in Kinshasa, Congo, and one in Paris, France. He also recently resigned as Senior Pastor of the Assembly of God Paris 15 and planted a new church called Celebration Paris.
It is an innovative church model that blends relevant teachings, dynamic worship, and outreach activities to attract the unchurched in the heart of Paris while discipling seasoned believers to be witnesses in their various sphere of influence. Pastor Gabriel’s vision is to create a network of relevant ministries and innovative businesses that bring transformation and sustainability in France and Africa, starting with Congo. Pastor Gabriel also serves as a BE Certified Trainer, our partner in France and Congo, and will soon become a Certified Kingdom Business Coach.
How did this young pastor create 3 new businesses and plant a new church in just 5 years? What has been the key to his success? How is he able to balance between leading a local church in Paris while overseeing three companies in France and Congo?
Join us in the next Alumni Virtual Connect as Pastor Gabriel shares his story of sustainability and impact–how he went from being a traditional pastor to becoming a BiblicalEntrepreneur with three companies in two different continents.
