E-Community 7 Codes of Conduct and Commitments

  1. A commitment to love.
    Mathew 22:37-39 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
As a member of the E-Community, I commit to diligently seek to know God, embrace His love for me, love my family, employees, vendors, customers, investors, and other stakeholders including members and unconditionally guard myself against greed.
  2. A commitment to obedience and integrity.
    Deuteronomy 11:26-28 (NKJV)
“Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse: the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you today; and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside from the way which I command you today, to go after other gods which you have not known.”
As a member of the E-Community, I commit to conduct my personal and business affairs in accordance with God’s laws, government, and civil laws with the utmost integrity.
  3. A commitment to honor.
    Ecclesiastes 5:4-5 (NKJV)
When you make a vow to God, do not delay to pay it; for He has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you have vowed—better not to vow than to vow and not pay.
As a member of the E-Community and in the spirit of unity, I commit to honoring the covenants and agreements I enter into. Therefore, I must think and examine contracts carefully before entering into agreements with others.
  4. A commitment to family and community.
    Acts 5:32 (NKJV)
“And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.”
As a member of the E-Community, I commit to serve my family and do business with other members of the E-community, supporting them as a part of my commitment to investing my resources in the community.
  5. A commitment to stewardship.
    Genesis 1:28 (NKJV)
Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
As a member of the E-Community, I commit to investing my time, efforts, talents, skills, and finances to realize the dominion mandate in the marketplace by building a profitable kingdom company that serves the body of Christ and the world.
  6. A commitment to generosity and the Great Commission.
    1 Tim. 6:17-18 (NKJV)
Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share.
As a member of the E-Community, I commit to give out of my abundance, beyond the tithe, to my employees, other members of the E-Community, and my local church for the glory of God.
  7. A commitment to stewardship and legacy.
    Proverbs 13:22 (NKJV)
A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.
As a member of the E-Community, I commit to honor, respect, lead, and maintain that which we have built for the next generation, ensuring that it lasts at least three generations.
